I emailed Nikki and inquired about a few things. He was gracious enough to answer every single question I asked. :) When I inquired of Nikki where the second leg of the tour would begin, he responded with "NEAR THE SUPERBOWL...CAUSE IF THE VIKINGS ARE GOING.... SO AM I..." Guess that answers that question! Motley Crue will release a brand new album after this tour with songs along the same vein of Bitter Pill and Enslaved, but with naturally with some progress. There is a book on Motley Crue currently in the works and Nikki's own personal book of poetry will be released next year also. The Motley Millenium series will be released through June, July and August of 1999. 1958 will be released next summer on Americoma Records and will include a few new songs. LAIDLAW will be releasing a full length album around March of 1999. I asked Nikki if he watched them perform on stage and what he thought... he said that they are getting better every day. That's all for now kids. If there's any Motley information you're looking for, but cannot find, email me and I'll get it for ya! |

Hey Cruefreaks... theres been a lot of controversy going on about Motley Crue shows, backstage passes (or lack thereof) and some nonsense about only females are being allowed backstage. Its laughable. I think even Nikki is getting a kick out of it. This is a post taken from AOLs Motley Crue message board, posted by Mr. Sixx himself:
As everyone knows, Motley Crue is still on the road and will be wrapping up this leg of the tour by December 12, 1998. I will post the next legs tour dates ASAP. I will also try to get some current Motley news out of Sixx and post that to the site soon. Ive pretty much finished up any major changes that I need to make to the Diner Junkies site at this time. So over the next few weeks, I will be dedicating some time to The Cruemunity. I will be adding the Greatest Hits album to the Discography, along with the three separate bonus discs and where they can be found. Im going to be updating my links page, which is in serious need of some cleaning up, so if you have a website (does not have to be a Crue website!) send me the URL and a brief description of what your site is about and I will make a gif for it and add it to the links page. Its time to dust off the cobwebs and get this site moving again. If you have any ideas or suggestions, feel free to email me at SatinGirl6@aol.com. If you have any pictures of you and the Crue, email them to me with your story of how you met Motley Crue and I will start a new section of the site just for this purpose. Id like to get more web-viewer interaction going on with the website... so please participate. :) If you havent taken the time to check out www.dinerjunkies.com, do it now! They are currently wrapping up their tour for this year, but will definitely be out on the road again early next year. If you dig bands like Aerosmith, U2 and Tesla, youre going to love the Diner Junkies. :) |

Hey Crue Freaks!!! Ive got to apologize for the lack of attention Ive given The Cruemunity these past few weeks (probably months by now...). Ive been up to my ears in Diner Junkies business ever since I started working for them. Things are looking good though. :) So lets get on with some Crue News and then Ill let ya know what Ive been up to (as if you care <grin>) Of course, by now everybody must know that Motley Crues Greatest Hits was released on October 27, 1998. Along with it, three bonus CDs were released. However, they dont all three come with one GH CD. The bonus CDs are RARE CRUE (including some Quaternary tracks & a 1958 track), 5 Live In 85 (pretty self explanatory... old Crue) and I think the third one is titled Round The World 89 or something like that. World Tour 89? Anyway, its got some Feelgood tracks and what-have-you. If you want exact track listings, email me and I can obtain them. The three CDs can be found at Sam Goody, Best Buy and Camelot Music. Each store carries only one of the bonus CDs though. And for some reason, Sixx was under the impression that there were only TWO bonus CDs released. Surprise, surprise eh? HAHA... So Motley is out on the road... rippin it up town to town. Motley.com has a complete list of tour dates for those able to actually access that site. I promise to update my tour dates soon. Ive heard the shows have been going well, but havent heard too much about LAIDLAW, except the usual "THEY RULE!" haha... so, until I see them, I cant give ya a fair evaluation on them. I will be seeing Crue on November 17th. I was originally going to blow that off for a Slaughter concert, but that got canned on me. I heard that Crue was going to be selling OUTLAW and BAD BONES clothing at their shows. Any truth to this people??? There also have not been any meet and greets, as Nikki stated before. However, some people have been lucky enough to catch them before a show or somehow mysteriously get passes that supposedly are not being given out. Sixxs excuse of "venue size" being the reason they dont hang out is BULLSHIT. There are so many bands out there now who stick around and hang out with the FANS, it amazes me. They have hearts of gold. A BIG THANKS goes out to bands like Slaughter, L. A. Guns, Cinderella, Warrant, The Diner Junkies and many other bands Im sure. If you have stories from meeting bands, email them to me and Ill start a new page dedicated solely to that. :) BTW... you can email Nikki Sixx directly at MOTELSIXX@aol.com and tell him exactly whats on your mind. <evil grin> As for what Ive been up to... well most of you know Im working for the Diner Junkies by now. I do everything but their laundry. And who knows, I may have that job soon too. They are spending about a week total at my house throughout this month. WOOHOO!!! I think. LOL On Halloween I went to see L.A. Guns in Kenosha, WI. Tracii musta talked my ear off until at least 4 oclock in the morning. LOL Then on Mr. Crypts birthday (November 3rd) I went to the Chicago House of Blues to see L.A. Guns again. None other than Blas Elias walks through the front door. :) He invited us to have dinner with him and we talked website biz mostly... Im going to be doing some work with him in the near future. He also invited us to the Slaughter show in Rockford on November 5th. L. A. Guns rocked the House of Blues fiercely!!! Its by far the best LAG show Ive seen thus far. Jizzy is THE man! He is definitely perfect for LAG. We partied at a bar afterwards and finally left them behind on the bus at about 3 a.m.. Then of course I had the Slaughter show on the 5th. EVERY time I have seen Slaughter perform, their shows have been completely packed... it is the coolest thing. If you havent seen a show yet, get to one ASAP!! :) This week Ive got Junkies and Cinderella. Actually thats pretty much it for the rest of the month. Junkies, Junkies and more Junkies and another Slaughter gig. Im gonna be fried. LOL... Ive got two other websites to get crackin on in the next few weeks, but I will do my damndest to get this site updated soon. Thanks to all of you for hanging in there and frequenting this website. LONG LIVE ROCKNROLL BAYBEE.... PEACE. ~Cherie |

Time for an update... sorry it's been so long. I've been wrapped up doing stuff for The Diner Junkies ever since I started their website for them. But alas, they are on tour now and I've got some time for my own site. Check out their tour dates at www.dinerjunkies.com and catch a show if you can! L.A. Guns will be hitting the road with Gilby Clarke and C.C. Deville real soon. I hear they may be playing Kenosha, Wisconsin on October 31st! Damn what a Halloween party that will be. I'm there! They are also playing the Chicago House of Blues on November 3rd (Johnny Crypt's birthday in case you didn't know) Hair of the Dog has two more weeks left on their tour with Cinderella and then are heading back into the studio to work on a new album. In the mean time, Cinderella is without an opener for the remainder of their tour. We've got possibilities of The Diner Junkies filling in on those dates. Right now the DJs will be playing the 2 dates in Wisconsin on November 13th and 14th. Danger Danger is postponing their plans of touring and decided to go back into the studio and record a new album. Look for them to be on the road early next year. D2 is also moving their official website to www.dangerdanger.com for those interested. Motley Crue hits the road at the end of this month (October 27th). First leg tour dates are already posted. Not much else new going on in the Motley camp. I hear people are still having problems with motley.com... bum deal. Well you've always got The Cruemunity! <grin> Speaking of which, I'm going to be giving this website a lil overhaul before the end of the year. Any ideas? Send them my way. |

Nikki's current AOL screenname and email address is CRUE0RAMA@aol.com. Although I don't know how much email he will actually be answering. According to a post of his on AOL's Motley Crue message board, it sounds like he's going to be out of the country with Donna for awhile. I've got my tix to the Milwaukee, WI Crue show... how about you??? Damn... too cool! I'm digging the fact that they are going to be selling the OUTLAW and BAD BONES wear at the shows too. That rules. Whoever gave Sixx that idea... thank you very much. I know it was one of you... just can't remember who. Other than that there's not much more to update you all on. The HOTD/Cinderella tour is going great! Make sure you check out the dates and catch a show. I'll be posting some November dates real soon for that tour. I'm also going to see the Diner Junkies this Saturday in Decatur, IL. They are back on the road now. Check out their website at www.dinerjunkies.com. Here's Nikki's post from the Crue board:

| I made it back from my Hair of the Dog/Cinderella trip last night in one piece. Damn those Arkansanians are some crazie people. What a rowdy crowd! I'm all bruised and battered, and not for the right reasons!! LOL... anyway, I'm back and I'm posting some updated Crue tour dates and some updated Cinderella tour dates. Cinderella will be back through the Midwest this November and heading to the East Coast this December. I'm still out of whack from being out of town for the past week, so I'll update ya all once I figure out what's going on. Sorry to all those Crueheads living in Mexico... I'm sure the Crue will still make it out that way. My fingers are crossed for ya. ~Cherie |

Wow... was this just like the total longest week of your entire life? It dragged for me. So anyway... the news from Nikki is that his newly signed band, LAIDLAW, is going to be opening the Motley tour for them this year. And also they will be doing a battle of the bands type thing for local, unsigned bands in each city (Glen... here's your chance!! haha... j/k). The so-called *winner* of that will open early for the Crue before LAIDLAW does. It sounds like a pretty cool idea to me anyway. Here's Sixx's original post:
So that's what's up in CRUELAND.... The Diner Junkies' website is still experiencing technical difficulties on the *server* end of it which is completely out of my control. Some of you can probably access it (www.dinerjunkies.com) while others will get Unknown Host errors or DNS failure errors. The DJ boys will be out on the road again real soon... I'll keep the tour schedule updated. HOTD and Cinderella are still out there rocking the world! I'm driving 10 hours on Wednesday to go see them in Arkansas on Friday and Saturday. Should be way cool. Looks like 4 DJ shows in October for me and 2 Crue shows in November... and rumor has it that HOTD/Cinderella will be back this way real soon. L.A. Guns are currently out there on the road too... unfortunately, nowhere in the Chicagoland area. *ugh* life goes on... THE PARTY AIN'T OVER DAMNIT!!! ~Cherie |

OMG....
I almost had a freaking heart attack last night. I'm sitting here
at my computer, working on this Diner Junkies website (which is still
having server problems) and all of a sudden I get some email at my Earthlink
email address. Now I don't get a lot of email there, when I do it
is normally from a) Earthlink (when they want to bitch at me), b) Nikki
Sixx (whom is way too busy to email me now) or c) Tommy Lee (whom I wasn't
really sure got out this weekend). So I check my email and there
it is... this really weird, completely blank ass email from Tommy's addy.
OMG... huh? haha... so I immediately emailed him back asking "What
the F??" (or something to that effect) He emailed me back and indeed
confirmed that Tommy Lee is a free man!!! WOOHOO!!!! I don't know about
you guys, but I have missed him an awful lot and it feels damn good to
have him back on the net with us. Wow... and now for some outdated news.... LOL Nikki posted us an update on AOL a few days ago, but I've been too damn busy to get it posted here for you guys. Many apologies on my end. Here it is:

Okay... let's see what's new... not much actually. There's not much else to tell you about Motley Crue right now. Sixx is a busy lil bee as usual with all his side projects and stuff. All we can do is patiently await the release of the Greatest Hits album and the Motley tour this fall and winter. The Diner Junkies will be back on tour real soon. So check out their tour dates below and try to catch a show or two. I've got their website completed and uploaded to the net, however, we are experiencing some technical difficulties here which will hopefully work themselves out real soon. If you happen to go to a show, and you happen to take pictures, please let me know! I need them for the site... as many as possible. :) You'll get full credit. Also, if you have a review of a Diner Junkies show that you'd like to post at the site, there's a message board there for doing just that! Of course, I'll keep everybody posted on the status of that site. If you haven't seen Cinderella and Hair of the Dog on tour yet, check the schedule and go see them now! :) If you think that Hair of the Dog would make a rockin' opener for Motley Crue this coming tour, email me and let me know so I can inform the proper peoples. :) WOOHOO..... it's gonna be one helluva fall/winter for concerts. Two more HOTD/Cinderella shows, four more Diner Junkies shows and at least two Motley Crue shows that I am aware of. I'm also hoping that L.A. Guns will get their booties out here real soon too. The excitement is unbearable. To quote HOTD, "Rock n Roll Ain't Dead Case Ya Don't Know!!" ~Cherie (a/k/a Webmaster Extraordinaire) |

Sorry to not have much news for ya all lately... I've been working my freaking ass off on my first official band website. I'm totally psyched about it! And the site turned out pretty kick ass too if I don't say so myself. It's not uploaded to the net just yet, but you can check out more on The Diner Junkies at www.cyberrecords.com in the mean time. Order their Strange Girls CD. It's some of the best music I have heard in a long damn time. I know you'll dig it. I've got the tentative track listing for Motley Crue's Greatest Hits album that is going to hit the shelves this October 27th. The following was in an Associated Press release: "Girls Girls Girls," "Same Ol' Situation," "Wild Side," "Glitter (remix)," "Dr. Feelgood," "Kickstart My Heart," "Home Sweet Home," "Afraid," "Don't Go Away Mad (Just Go Away)," "Without You," "Smokin' in the Boy's Room," "Primal Scream," "Too Fast for Love," "Looks That Kill," "Shout at the Devil `97," along with the two new tracks "Enslaved" and "Bitter Pill." However, I am fairly sure that the one song title should be "Slave", but with Crue you just never know what's going on. :) I'm looking forward to the Motley Crue tour this Fall. There's at least 2 dates that I will definitely be in attendance for! I'm hoping that Hair of the Dog could get booked on this Crue tour, however, I have a strong feeling that LAIDLAW (formerly known as Moonshine) will be opening. Hell... why not have two openers? hah.... email Nikki with your thoughts on this matter! Request HAIR OF THE DOG! :) I will also hopefully have some new Diner Junkies dates real soon. I've got to get on the guys about that... hey, actually, that sounds like fun. <evil grin> See ya freaks!! ~Cherie |

Some sweet news from Sixx today... actually, he was in a chat on AOL, but I missed it. However, fortunately, some of my AOL friends were up that early and were able to inform me of what all Nikki had to say. Nikki said that they just finished mixing the new album, Motley Crue's Greatest Hits, last night at about 2 a.m. and that it's ready to go now and will hit the streets on October 27th. Tommy will be out of the clink in approximately 3 weeks from now and they will not be touring Japan first as was previously said. The tour will start on the East Coast with the first date being October 27th in Boston, MA. The other dates are as follows: October 28th - Philadelphia, PA, October 30th - New York, November 13th - Detroit, MI. That's all he gave us for now. They will be playing 3000-4000 seat theatres instead of arenas. That's all the info on Crue I have for now kids. I'm excited to be seeing the guys this Fall playing theatres. I just don't dig arenas anymore. They just don't do it for me. hehe... There's really no other ROCK news that I can think of. HOTD has tour dates confirmed through October 3rd now. So be sure to check out the tour schedules and find a show near you. I'm driving down to Arkansas next month to hang with Eric (Brittingham... sexy bassist for Cinderella <grin>) and then hang with my HOTD boys the day after in Little Rock. :) Also, I will soon be the new webmaster for The Diner Junkies website located currently at www.dinerjunkies.com . Feel free to go there and check it out and let me know what you think could be made better on it! ROCK ON BRUTHAS & SISTAHS... hehe... ~Cherie |

HAPPY (18th) BIRTHDAY TO TERESAI !!!!! :)~~ Okay and now on to the important stuff... <grin> I just received the Moonshine CD from Ms. Crueton today in the mail and will be making copies shortly for everyone. Order it on the main page of this site if you're interested. If you have no idea who the hell Moonshine is, they are the first band ever signed by Americoma Records (owned by Nikki Sixx). I've only listened to the CD once so far and I dig it enough. It's kind of borderline country/bluegrass/barely rock sounding. You may dig it if you like the mellower music for a change. I'll have some real audio files of it up real soon on my COOL DISCS page, along with the track listing. So be sure to stop by and check it out. I've also recently added a link to the Union website and have added a link to all their current tour dates in the ON TOUR NOW section. Once again, thanks for visiting my site! We're closing in on that 10,000 mark!! ~Cherie |

Wow... it's been a totally long week. :) I've been making little minor changes here and there to the website. So far not very many people have contacted me concerning a message board, so I'm gonna take that as an "I'M NOT INTERESTED" for right now and we'll save that idea for a later date. I've added some tour dates for The Diner Junkies. They are out on the Strange Girls Tour right now. If you are interested in hearing some of their music, please check out the COOL DISCS page below for some real audio files off their CD. You can email them at DJUNKIES@aol.com if you'd like to know more about them. Usually Mark or Dennis will answer your email. :) I definitely recommend checking them out and even going so far as to purchase the CD off their website. You will NOT be disappointed. Which also leads me into the fact that I may be assisting them in the maintenance of their website in the very near future. (www.dinerjunkies.com) So you can expect that website to rock your asses off real soon too. hehehe... :)~ Union is also back on tour. I'm going to be seeing them on August 29th. I can possibly hunt down some tour dates and add them to the site if anyone is interested. Whatever you guys want, just email me, if it's feasible, then YOU GOT IT! :) Catch ya all later.... ~Cherie |

HAPPY BIRTHDAY to one of the most adorable guitarists in Hair of the Dog!! Racer I hope you have an awesome birthday doll. :) Also, I have added some more dates to the L.A. Guns tour schedule. They hit the road tomorrow. Unfortunately, they will be in Little Rock, AR on September 11th and I won't be in Little Rock until September 17th! *ugh* Oh well.... How would everybody here feel about a message board on this website so we could all share our feelings and ideas? I'm gonna take a poll and see who all would want to participate in something like that. Alot of websites have message boards, but they are NEVER used! I don't want to have anything useless taking up webspace on my server. So email me at Sixxkitten@earthlink.net and let me know your thoughts on this matter and I'll see what kind of response we get and put something together. :) |

Hey everybody! I am so damn sorry that it's been so long since I have last updated this website. I've been busy following Hair of the Dog and Cinderella around the Midwest on tour. :) And what a great freaking time I've been having I might add! Two more shows in September to go to. If you haven't caught them on tour yet, WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU WAITING FOR?!?! <grin> Seriously, you won't regret it! There was also this band, The Diner Junkies, who played up here in Merrill, WI with them. I've seen them once before in Terre Haute, IN. This is a band you guys absolutely have to check out! I picked up their CD and let me tell ya, it floored me! WOW! You'll love them. Check out the new "FAV DISCS" section of this website and you can take a peek at the album and order it if you'd like. On the L.A. Guns front, we've now been informed that Joe LeSte' is OUT! It seems he wasn't really dedicated to being in LAG. I was informed by Mr. Crypt that when Joe came in for rehearsal, it was just horrible. He didn't know one song! On the other hand, Jizzy Pearl (of Love/Hate), DID know all his stuff and DID do all his homework and it seems he IS definitely the new frontman for LAG. Jizzy seems like a really cool person. You can check out some hilarious stories he has written at www.lovehate.com, click on KING JIZZO when ya get there and make sure you read ALL of the stories! They rock! Welcome Jizzy to L.A. Guns!!! They hit the road on August 14th. I'll keep ya all posted on tour dates as I get them. (Also, some new Hair of the Dog/Cinderella dates to come!) Now on to some Motley Crue news... Nikki told me that the upcoming album, which was tentatively entitled Bitter Pills, will now just be called Motley Crue's Greatest Hits. I know, we had that voting thing going and what-have-you, but I was never real big on that album title and the entire album cover concept was not sitting well with me either. (Remember: me and Sixx had a spat about that...) So, guess what?! He's changing the album cover art too! HA! It's a way *KOOL* caricature of the band as he put it. Well that sounds better than a pill bottle with pills spilled everywhere. I believe the release date has been bumped though. I can't recall exactly, but I'm thinking some time around October 24th. I will try and confirm that ASAP. On a *Tommy* note... I received a letter from him last week. He sounded really upbeat and positive. He said that he and Pamela are working on their marriage together. I don't know how much truth there is to that as I have heard numerous different stories. And then Nikki posted the other day that Tommy ain't doing so hot anymore. So you really don't know what to believe. He only has 4 more weeks in that dump. Let's just all send him our love and wishes. I've also got one of those Moonshine CDs on its way to me thanks to Ms. Crueton! I'll have that available shortly after I have a chance to listen to it and let you all know what I think. :) |

First of all I want to let you all know that L.A. Guns has found their new frontman... it is none other than Joe Leste from Bang Tango :) Way to go LAG!!! Can't think of a better choice for a frontman. So after Joe does 3 weeks on the Hard Tour with Bang Tango, he will hook up with LAG for their tour and forever. I look forward to seeing them back out on the road again. On another note... Brian (Boot), bassist for Hair of the Dog, is not well at all and HOTD had to cancel two tour dates (July 21st and 22nd... the 22nd is his b-day). Please send good wishes his way in hopes that he is better real soon. I know the guys hated having to cancel dates, but Brian's health is at stake here. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that he is well enough to do the shows on the 24th and 25th... we're having a little reunion that weekend. :) GET WELL SOON BRIAN!!!! :::huggs::: Lastly... on to some CRUE NEWS... hehehe... Here's Nikki's latest post in the AOL Motley Crue Message Board. He sounds like one busy lil boy who's got lots of goodies in store for his fans. He just signed a new band called Moonshine... can't wait to check them out. Hmmm... Southern Rock... sounds like Hair of the Dog. <grin> Anyway, here's the post:

Hey freakies... there's some bad news out there in rock n' roll; Ralph Saenz has ditched L.A. Guns to do who knows what... LAG is desperately in search of a new frontman right now. If you know anybody you think could fill the void or if you think you are up to it yourself... here's the info, from the Electronic Gypsy, on where to send your information:
There
will be a live Hair of the Dog cybercast on July 15th from South Dakota
at www.pomproom.com.
I don't know all of the details as of yet, but what I do know is on the
main page of The Cruemunity. If you haven't checked out HOTD yet,
you should NOT miss this!! Make sure you give the tour dates a
look over and see if you can catch a show near you. I've got 3 more lined
up myself this summer. WOOHOO!!! |

| Not much to update everyone on. All I did was add some current *corrected* Hair of the Dog tour dates. I've been busy and there's not too much going on lately. I'll have some new pics up before the week is over I hope. I hear there were some websites down over the weekend while I was up at "One Honkin' Pond", WI partying with Hair of the Dog. HEEHEE.... Actually, it was called Harpt's Lake, but seriously, it was just a pond. We had a great time though. HOTD will be playing there again on July 25th with Cinderella, Diner Junkies and Enuff Znuff. If you get a chance to go... GO GO GO!!! :) Nothing new on the Motley front. Same ol' same ol' that I am aware of. If I am missing anything important, please, clue me in! LOL. Also, I guess no one had an email address for Steve Stevens eh? Bum deal. Wait... there are a few things going on actually.... L.A. Guns is out of the RNS tour altogether now and Firehouse will be replacing them. Mr. Crypt tells me that LAG will begin their tour again on August 3rd and he said he believes it starts in Milwaukee, WI, but never trust a bassist. ;) Also, Quiet Riot pulled out of the RNS tour as far as I am aware. Waiting confirmation on that still. I'll keep you posted. Other than that... I hope everyone had a kick ass Fourth of July as I did. To quote HOTD "GET A LIL DRUNK & PISS OFF THE NEIGHBORS".... ROCK N ROLL AIN'T DEAD CASE YA DON'T KNOW!!! Laterz... Cherie Oh, and by the way, anyone got any ideas of anything they'd like to see on the website? And what did you all think of the drum solo?? |
