PRIMAL SCREAM

"I'd read the book 'Primal Scream' by Arthur Janov.  It really touched me on the fact that that's kind of what we do.  We grab the mike, the guitar, the bass or the drumsticks and we puke out whatever it is that's stuck inside of us as artists.  Whereas other people may have to get it out in other ways, we get to really scream and shout and talk about the shit that's been dumped on us our whole life or celebrate something that we want to celebrate...  This song is based on my childhood with my mom and my dad and how my dad walked on me and away from me.  It's based on my mother and my relationship with her, and how rock 'n' roll probably single-handedly saved my life and many other lives." - Nikki Sixx
